2018 Patek Philippe Annual Calendar reference 5396R-012 in excellent condition. One of Patek’s greatest successes — a complication needing correction only once a year. 38.5mm 18K rose gold case, silvery opaline dial with applied rose gold Arabic numerals, dauphine-style hands. Day and month aperture at 12 o’clock, date at 6 o’clock, moonphase with 24-hour subdial. Brown alligator strap with 18K rose gold deployment clasp. Self-winding Calibre 324 S QA LU 24H visible through sapphire exhibition caseback.

CONDITION:
Excellent condition. Strap shows light wear at the bottom, no damage. Case, dial, and movement excellent throughout.
