Blancpain is the world’s oldest watch manufacturer — founded 1735 in the village of Villeret — and this reference represents the most complex and technically ambitious timepiece in the collection.

Full perpetual calendar automatically accounts for all months of varying lengths, leap years, and the complete Gregorian calendar without manual adjustment until the year 2100. Month subdial at 12 o’clock, day of week subdial at 9 o’clock, date retrograde subdial at 3 o’clock, large moonphase at 6 o’clock with engraved moon face. Cambered grand feu white enamel dial — fired at high temperature multiple times, achieving characteristic lustre and warmth impossible to replicate with printed dials. Blued steel serpentine hour and minute hands. Blued steel calendar hands. Rose gold small seconds hand. Black Roman numerals on outer chapter ring.

Polished 42mm 18K rose gold case — substantially weighted reflecting solid precious metal construction. Polished 18K rose gold bezel. Scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. Sapphire exhibition caseback. 18K rose gold crown. Dark brown alligator strap with 18K rose gold folding clasp. Water-resistant to 30 meters.

CONDITION:
Very good condition. Watch in fantastic condition — very minor superficial scratches on case visible only under loupe, not to naked eye. Minor scratches on case bottom. Grand feu enamel dial, crystal, hands, and movement all excellent. Original wooden automatic winder box shows interior wear, one chip on a corner, pillow with significant wear. Box cosmetics do not affect the watch.
